According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Zanyar Moradi, a 33 year old worker, father of two, and resident of Kilehkabud village in the Chelchemeh area of Divandareh, was arrested by security forces on Sunday, September 20, 2026, and transferred to an undisclosed location.
On the evening before his arrest, security forces arrived in the village in several vehicles and searched his home. According to informed sources, the forces deployed to the village were equipped with heavy weapons and military equipment. Zanyar Moradi was not at home at the time, and the agents subsequently left the area.
The following afternoon, security forces arrested him on the road to Sharifava and transferred him to an undisclosed location.
Zanyar Moradi had previously been arrested in July 2021 and spent 97 days in solitary confinement at a detention facility operated by the Ministry of Intelligence. Following his transfer to Sanandaj Prison, he was temporarily released five days later.
As of the publication of this report, the identity of the authority responsible for his arrest, the reason for his arrest, any possible charges against him, and his place of detention have not been disclosed.
