According to information received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, Aras Ahmad Beigi, an 18-year-old citizen from Sarableh in illam Province, was temporarily released after 16 days in detention upon posting bail of one billion tomans.
The citizen was arrested by Intelligence forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, and transferred to an undisclosed location.
During his detention, Aras Ahmad Beigi was denied access to a lawyer, telephone contact, and visits from his family.
