According to reports received by HANA Human Rights Organization, in the early hours of Sunday, June 21, 2026, the death sentence of Faieq Ahmadi, a 39-year-old citizen from Kermanshah who had previously been sentenced to death in a drug-related case, was carried out at Sari Central Prison.
According to information received, Faieq Ahmadi, who resided in Sari and worked as an urban taxi driver, was arrested approximately two years ago on drug-related charges and was ultimately sentenced to death by the Sari Revolutionary Court.
Despite the execution being carried out at Sari Central Prison, it had not been reported by official media or judiciary-affiliated sources at the time of this report.
