Hana: Hamed Delavari, a Kurdish citizen from Saqqez who has been in detention for over three months, has been exiled from security detention centers to Qorveh Central Prison by order of judicial authorities.
According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, the transfer of this citizen to Qorveh Prison was carried out under the order of the investigator of Branch 2 of the Public and Revolutionary Court of Saqqez. Hamed Delavari was arrested by security forces in Saqqez on January 17, 2026, and has been interrogated in security detention centers in Saqqez and Sanandaj during this period.
According to informed sources, throughout his detention, Mr. Delavari has been deprived of the most basic rights of an accused person, including access to a lawyer of his choice and in-person visits with his family, while being subjected to intense interrogations.
As of the publication of this report, despite the family’s continuous follow-ups, no precise information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the specific charges brought against him by judicial and security agencies. The Hana Human Rights Organization considers the exile of prisoners and the deprivation of their legal rights as a clear manifestation of human rights violations and a means of exerting double pressure on the prisoner and their family.
