According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, Ali Riahi, a citizen from Qareh Qeshlaq village in the Sharwiran area of Mahabad, who had been arrested by security forces the previous day, was transferred to a security detention facility in Orumiyeh.
Ali Riahi was arrested on Monday, October 5, 2026, after security forces raided his home without presenting any judicial warrant.
