According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Wednesday, October 30, 2025, the death sentences of two Kurdish prisoners, Bahman Safaei, from Kangavar, and Homan Azadi, from Kermanshah, were carried out in Dizelabad Prison of Kermanshah.
According to Hana’s sources, Bahman Safaei was arrested in 2018, and Homan Azadi in 2021, both on charges of premeditated murder. They were later sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
