Four Kurdish citizens from Oshnaviyah were temporarily released on bail of 250 million Toman after enduring nearly 40 days of detention by Iranian security agencies.
Shafi Sheikha, Vahid Sheikh Mohammadi , Seyed Loghman Taheri, and Jibrail Sha'bani are the identities of these four Kurdish citizens from Oshnavyah who were arrested in January 2021.
The arrests of these four Kurdish citizens were carried out by security agencies along with a huge math of arrests in Kurdistan.
Like most of the recent detainees, these four citizens have been arrested by security agencies without court authorization, along with house searches and denial of the right to obtain a lawyer, which is a clear violation of Article 9, 10 and 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which Iran itself is required to carry out because of the signing of this declaration
