According to information and follow-up by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Niloufar Haghi Boujani, a 22-year-old citizen from Kermanshah, was arrested on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, after Intelligence Department agents went to her family home. She was arrested without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
A source close to the case confirmed to Hana that she was interrogated for several hours in connection with posts expressing opposition published on Instagram and was subsequently released. She is not currently in detention. However, according to the information received, a security-related case has been opened against her.
