According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, a citizen identified as Hassan Mostafaei, a native of Baneh County, was arrested by Intelligence Department forces while taking his sick child to Salah-e din Hospital and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the report, security forces stopped the vehicle carrying Hassan Mostafaei and his sick child on the way to the hospital. After arresting him, the forces left his sick child at the scene.
Three days after the arrest, no information is still available regarding Hassan Mostafaei’s fate or place of detention.
