According to reports received by HANA Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, a citizen identified as Mojtaba Kakaei, 40 years old, from Dehloran in illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to information received, Mr. Kakaei’s arrest was carried out through a violent raid by security forces on his home, without any judicial warrant.
