According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, a citizen identified as Faramarz Saedi, a civil rights activist and native of Dehgolan County, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the information received, Mr. Saedi was arrested by security forces on one of the streets of the city without presenting any judicial warrant and through the use of violence.
Following his arrest, security forces also raided Mr. Saedi’s home, searched his residence, and confiscated a number of his personal belongings.
