According to reports received by HANA Human Rights Organization, Arman Faraji, a citizen from the village of Nesareh in Divandareh County, was released from prison on Monday, July 27, 2026, after 22 days in detention, upon posting heavy bail of 3 billion tomans.
Faraji, son of Abdollah and Soheila, who works as a farmer in his home village, was arrested by security forces on July 4, 2026, without any warrant or judicial documentation, according to information received.
Up to the time of his release, responsible authorities had offered no clear explanation for the reasons behind his arrest or the charges against him. The combination of heavy bail and detention without a judicial warrant has deepened concerns over whether fair trial principles and citizens’ rights are being respected.
