According to information received by the Hana Organization for Human Rights, Hassan Mostafazadeh, a kolbar from the city of Rabat, in Sardasht County, was severely wounded on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, by direct military gunfire at the Hengejal border in Baneh.
According to information received by Hana, military forces targeted this kolbar without prior warning and using a weapon of war. Following his transfer to Salaheddin Ayubi Hospital in Baneh, the severity of his injuries necessitated his further transfer to a medical center in Tabriz to continue treatment.
The wounding of Hassan Mostafazadeh marks the third instance of kolbars being wounded at the Hengejal border in Baneh over the past three days. Prior to this incident, two other kolbars had been wounded in separate incidents as a result of direct military gunfire and a landmine explosion.
