Eisa Biglari, a 40-year-old citizen from Nesar village in Sarvabad County and a resident of Sanandaj, was shot in the lower back by two live rounds fired directly by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on 15 November 2022, during the nationwide protests against the state-killing of Zhina Amini, in front of the entrance of the University of Kurdistan in Sanandaj. He died due to the severity of his injuries after being transferred to Tohid Hospital in Sanandaj.
Eisa Biglari was married and the father of three children.
