Zaniyar Allahmoradi, a 26-year-old man from the city of Sanandaj, was shot at close range with a pellet gun by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on 15 November 2022, during the nationwide protests against the state-killing of Zhina Amini, in the Kani Kouzaleh neighborhood of Sanandaj. He was taken to Tohid Hospital, where he died due to internal bleeding.
It is worth noting that Zaniyar Allahmoradi was an electrician, and one year before he was killed, he had lost one of his hands in a work-related electrocution accident.
