According to information received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, a citizen identified as Kaveh Osmani, from Baneh County, was arrested by Intelligence Department forces.
According to the information received, Osmani was arrested during a raid by Intelligence Department forces on his home, without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
The report further indicates that following his arrest, Kaveh Osmani was transferred to a security detention facility in Sanandaj.
