The following is a monthly report on the situation of human rights in Iranian Kurdistan during the February 2021 period, produced by the Statistics Section of the International Network of Iranian Kurdistan Human Rights, perhaps these statistics are not derived from all human rights violations in Iranian Kurdistan and there is no ground for human rights organizations to operate freely, but network colleagues are doing their best to provide the most reports.
A brief overview:
News of human rights abuses in Iranian Kurdistan in February includes 46 cases, including:
Killing, suicide, arrest, Kolber, mine blast, honor killing, etc.

Execution, murder, detention, and charged with political activity (20 cases)
During the month of August, we have had at least 20 murders, arrests, and charges of political activity in The Cities of Iranian Kurdistan, of which one person was kidnapped and murdered on charges of political activity, 13 were arrested on charges of political activity, and six others were convicted in a court of political activity.
Kolbars: (14 cases) 
In February, there were 14 human rights violations in the Kolbars area, of which six were killed by direct firing, two were in natural disasters, and one was killed during the Kolbari car accident and five were injured by direct firing.
Mine blast: (1 item)
In February, there was 1 case in the mine blast area, with 1 person missing.
Murder in social spheres: (9 counts)
In the last month of February, there were nine cases of social murders, of which four were suicides due to family disputes, two were suicides, and the reason is unknown. One was the murder of children, and one was a so-called honor killing, and one was suicide due to poverty and unemployment.
Environment: (1 item)
According to reports by the International Human Rights Network of Iranian Kurdistan, one person was arrested in February 2021 in the field of environmental activities.
Field of Women: (1 Item)
According to our network colleagues, there was 1 arrest in February in the field of women's rights in Iranian Kurdistan.
Finally, out of 46 human rights violations in four provinces of Iranian Kurdistan, 10 were related to women and 36 were for men. 
Of the 46 human rights violations, 19 occurred in West Azerbaijan province, 23 in Sanandaj (Kurdistan), and 4 in Kermanshah province.
