According to information received by Hana Human Rights Organization, three citizens identified as Zahed Seyedkarimi, Sadr al-Din Esmailzadeh, and Komar Royan, all from Oshnavieh County, have been arrested by Intelligence forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the information received, on Saturday, October 31, 2026, Komar Royan, 22, was arrested after IRGC Intelligence forces raided his workplace.
On Sunday, November 1, 2026, Zahed Seyedkarimi, a resident of Bab Khaledabad village, and Sadraddin Esmailzadeh, 34, from Shahwaneh village in Oshnavieh County, were also arrested after IRGC Intelligence forces raided their family homes. The arrests were carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrants.
