Hana; On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, Arash Mohammadi and Ribwar Abdollahi, two labor activists from Sanandaj, were temporarily released on bail from the Sanandaj Intelligence Detention Center.
According to a report received from Hana's colleagues; Ribwar Abdollahi was released on bail after 40 days and on bail of 150 million Tomans until the time of the trial. He was arrested and transferred to sanandaj Information Administration detention center while he was out of his home for daily affairs and was denied the right to visit and have an attorney during his detention.
Arash Mohammadi, who had been detained for 50 days on the mentioned date, was released on a bail of 150 million Tomans and temporarily released from Sanandaj Intelligence Prison until the end of the trial. He was detained at the Bashmak border and deprived of all his rights, including the right to visit and a lawyer, at the time of his arrest.
