Rasoul Yadyar Temporarily Released on Bail from Bukan Central Prison

The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Saturday, May 23, 2026, Rasoul Yadyar was temporarily released from Bukan Central Prison after posting a bail of 6 billion Tomans.

Rasoul Yadyar, 30 years old and married, is a native of Gog Tappeh-ye Simineh village and a resident of Nachit village in Bukan County. He had been previously arrested by security forces and transferred to the detention facility of the county’s Intelligence Department.

Hana previously reported that during his detention, Yadyar was subjected to severe physical and psychological torture by interrogators, which resulted in a broken nose, jaw injuries, and broken teeth.
According to the report, from the time of his arrest until his transfer to the prison, Yadyar was denied the right to family visits and phone calls.

It is worth noting that Rasoul Yadyar was initially arrested by security forces on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, without a judicial warrant.
