According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Arkan Ahmadi, a citizen from the village of Hangazhal and a resident of Marivan County, has remained in the custody of the Ministry of Intelligence for three weeks following his arrest. His whereabouts and condition remain unknown.
Arkan Ahmadi was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday, September 1, 2026, after Ministry of Intelligence forces raided his home and subsequently transferred him to an undisclosed location. Despite requiring medication, he has so far been denied access to the medicines he needs.
