According to information received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Ahmed Beigi, an 18-year-old citizen from Sarableh, in illam Province, was arrested by Intelligence forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Fourteen days after his arrest, Ahmed Beigi’s family remains unaware of his place of detention or his current condition. He has also been denied access to a lawyer, telephone contact, and visits from his family.
As of the time of publication, no information was available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against him.
