On Wednesday, April 28, 2021, a Kulbar was severely wounded by direct fire from the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Tata border strip.
The identity of this Kulbar is "Rahmatollah Qadernejad" from Marivan city.
He was transferred to one of the medical center in Sanandaj for treatment.
