According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Khaleq Haghighatkhah, a citizen from the village of Siawan in the Dasht-e Bil area of Oshnavieh, was arrested by security forces on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to an informed source, security forces arrested Khaleq Haghighatkhah without presenting a judicial warrant and using violence. Four days after his arrest, his whereabouts and condition remain unknown.
