According to reports received by HANA Human Rights Organization, Reza Rajabi, 58, son of Ali, a tradesman from Saqqez, has now been in Saqqez Central Prison for 10 days with no judicial resolution in sight.
According to information received, after spending two nights in the Intelligence Office detention facility, he was transferred to Saqqez Central Prison. More than a week has since passed, and no official information has been released regarding the reasons for his arrest, the charges against him, the status of his case, or the judicial proceedings.
Reza Rajabi, a father of two, remains in Saqqez Central Prison, and despite his family’s persistent efforts to follow up, they have been unable to obtain any clear information about the status of his case or when a judicial decision might be reached.
