According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, weeks after the arrest of a 65-year-old citizen identified as Ali Bozhneh from Mirabad county in West Azerbaijan province, there is still no information available regarding his fate and whereabouts.
Based on this report, despite repeated inquiries by this citizen’s family to judicial authorities and relevant institutions in the cities of Mirabad and Sardasht, no clear information has been provided to the family thus far concerning the reasons for his arrest, the charges against him, or his state of health.
It is worth noting that Ali Bozhneh, a resident of Savan village in Mirabad county, was arrested by security forces during the conflicts known as the 40-day war between Iran, the United States, and Israel.
