According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, a citizen named Ali Sharifi, 45 years old and from Marivan, was severely injured by a landmine explosion near the village of Bikareh in Sarvabad county.
According to informed sources speaking to Hana, this incident occurred in the vicinity of an old and abandoned military base. As a result of the explosion, Mr. Sharifi’s vehicle was completely destroyed, and he sustained severe injuries to various parts of his body.
Following the incident, Mr. Sharifi was transferred to medical centers in the county for treatment, and his physical condition is reported to be concerning.
