Based on reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, 12 February 2026, the death sentence of a Kurdish prisoner identified as Kiarash Lashkari, a native of Orumiyeh, was carried out in Bukan Central Prison.
According to the information obtained, Mr. Lashkari had previously been arrested on charges of premeditated murder and was later sentenced to death by the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
