According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, 8 January 2026, a 21-year-old Kurdish citizen identified as “Sajad Shaqlani” was killed during popular protests in the city of Alvand, Qazvin Province, as a result of direct fire by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to received reports, the body of Sajad Shaqlani was buried on 10 January 2026 at the cemetery of Alvand city.
