January protests / Amirhossein Mohammadi lost his life in Tehran following direct gunfire by the repressive forces

Hana Human Rights Organization has been informed that on Thursday, January 8, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Amirhossein Mohammadi, 24 years old and a native of Harsin County, lost his life in Tehran during popular protests as a result of direct fire with live ammunition by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
