HANA Human Rights Organization has learned that Younes Hassankhan, from the village of Ebrahimabad in Bukan County, was arrested by Intelligence Office forces on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to information received, Hassankhan was arrested while irrigating his fields in the Aleshin area of Bukan, between the villages of Ebrahimabad and Rahimkhan.
Intelligence Office agents beat him during the arrest and presented no judicial warrant.
At the time of this report, nothing is known about the reasons for his arrest or the charges against him.
