The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Monday, October 19, 2026, a citizen identified as Suleiman Rasouli, a resident of Oshnavieh County, was arrested by Intelligence Department forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the information received, Mr. Rasouli was arrested on a city street without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
