Hana Human Rights Organization reports that two residents of Oshnavieh County, Arman Darvishi, 20, and Milad Shadikhah, 22, were temporarily released on bail Wednesday, May 27, after nearly three months in custody.
The two men, both from the village of Singan, were released after posting a bail of 3 billion tomans each.
According to gathered information, intelligence forces arrested Darvishi and Shadikhah on March 5 without presenting a judicial warrant, subsequently transferring them to an undisclosed location.
During their detention, the individuals were reportedly denied basic rights, including access to legal counsel and family visitation, before being granted provisional release pending trial.
