Hana; On Wednesday, September 1, 2021 a Kurdish citizen identified as “Mohamad Sadegh Ahmadi Niaz” by the Complaints of the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic of Iran was summoned to the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj.
The reason for the summons was "insulting the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran", Ahmadi Nyaz was previously sentenced to two years in prison on the same charge and after serving part of the sentence due to complications of torture in prison and detention, and suffering from a spinal injury, was released.
