According to information received by the Hana Organization for Human Rights, over the past few days, Sadoun Ghazali, a citizen from Mahabad County, was detained after being summoned to the Enforcement of Sentences Office of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of that county, and was transferred to Mahabad Prison to serve his prison sentence.
It should be noted that Mr. Ghazali had previously been sentenced by Branch One of the Mahabad Revolutionary Court, on the charge of assembly and collusion against national security, to one year of Ta’zir Imprisonment and a one year suspended prison sentence.
