Hana: On Sunday, December 10, 2023, Nasser Soltani from the village of “Khoranj” in Piranshahr, after being summoned to the first branch of the Piranshahr General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office, he was arrested and transferred to Naqadeh prison to serve the sentence.
According to received reports; The aforementioned person was previously sentenced to 9 months and 15 days in prison by the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Mahabad on the charge of “propaganda in favor of one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government”.
Nasser Soltani was arrested by the security forces on July 4, 2023, and then released from prison after posting bail.
