"Fatemeh Dadvand" added; Although I received permission from UNHCR to stay in Turkey, I was arbitrarily detained by plainclothes forces in the city of Kayseri on Thursday, April 7, and I have now been transferred to detention, despite my request for a lawyer. .
In a conversation with the Human Rights Organization, he requested; I do not have any security in Turkey, I call on the United Nations to do its utmost for my release and to take the necessary measures to transfer me to a third country.
"Fatemeh Dadvand" is 44 years old and a native of Bukan and a mother of 3 children.She was arrested during the November protests in Iran and arrested in Branch 103 of the Criminal Court of the Bukan on charges of disturbing public order by participating in riots by cooperating with Kurdish parties and discovering the hijab.She was later sentenced to 5 years and 5 months in prison and 30 lashes after surrendering to her sentence, and was finally released on parole on 3th November 2021, after serving a third of her sentence on parole in Urmia Central Prison. According to her; In the same month,she was forced to leave Iran due to pressure from security agencies.
