The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Paria Nasiri, a 17-year-old student from Naqadeh County, was arrested by Intelligence Department forces at the high school where she studies and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Five days after Paria Nasiri’s arrest, no information is available regarding the reasons for her arrest or the charges brought against her. She continues to be denied access to a lawyer, contact with her family, and family visits.
