A citizen in Kamyaran has been sentenced to a one year and one-day discretionary imprisonment
Mr. Sobhan Ahmadi is from the city of Kamyaran. He has received a one-year and one-day discretionary custodial sentence, he was accused of being a member of an Iranian opposition party in Kurdistan.
News sources reported to the organization of human rights in Kurdistan-Iran, on Monday 28/12/2020 court of Saqez has ruled a default judgment against Mr. Ahmadi and sentenced him to discretionary imprisonment.
