According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Soran Yari, a 19 year old resident of Javanrud, was arrested and transferred to an unknown location on Sunday, September 6, 2026, after security forces surrounded his family home.
According to the received reports, security forces surrounded the property with the intention of arresting Soran Yari. In response to this situation and out of fear of being detained, he jumped from the roof of the house and sustained a broken leg from the fall.
Despite the injury and broken leg of this 19 year old citizen, security forces arrested him in that condition and removed him from the premises without providing any information about his destination. Since that time, his family has received no information regarding his fate or whereabouts.
