According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, early on Monday, August 24, 2026, Moloud Roosta and Sa’doun Dastari, two citizens from Hasan Noran village in Oshnavieh county, were arrested after security forces raided their homes without presenting a judicial warrant.
Based on received information, both citizens were transferred to an unknown location following their arrest. Moloud Roosta was temporarily released on bail after several hours; however, details regarding the bail amount and the charges against him remain unavailable.
Sa’doun Dastari remains in custody, and as of the publication of this report, no information has been released regarding his location of detention or status. Furthermore, the agency responsible for his arrest, the grounds for detention, and any potential charges against him remain unknown.
