According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Musa Zibapour, a married Kolbar and father of three from Piranshahr, was killed by direct fire from Islamic Republic border guards in the Hengejal border area of Baneh on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
Information indicates that border guards opened fire on a group of Kolbars at approximately 4:00 PM, during which Zibapour was struck by a bullet and killed.
As of this report, his body has not been returned to his family. Zibapour had previously sustained severe injuries after being shot by armed forces at the Mashkan border of Piranshahr in July 2021.
