According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Abdollah Rezaei, a retired teacher and a member of the board of directors of the Teachers’ Trade Association of Harsin, from Kermanshah Province, was temporarily released on bail on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, after spending approximately one month in detention. His release will remain in effect until the court session is held and judicial proceedings are concluded.
It should be noted that Mr. Rezaei was arrested on Thursday, 8 January 2026, during popular protests in the city of Harsin by security forces and was transferred to an undisclosed location.
