According to information received by the Hanna Human Rights Organization, on Monday, 2 February 2026, a citizen identified as Fardin Seydeh, from Piranshahr, was arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
Based on available reports, Mr. Seydeh was detained by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
