The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Monday, 9 February 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Behzad Abdi, 25 years old, from the village of Gavmish-Goli in Miandoab County, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to available information, his arrest was carried out without any judicial warrant.
