The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Saturday, 10 January 2026, two brothers, Hadi Parhamat (30) and Qasem Parhamat (37), natives of Sirvan County in illam Province, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to information received, the arrests were carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that 29 days after their arrest, there is still no information available regarding the reasons for their detention, the charges brought against them, or their place of confinement. The fate of these two Kurdish citizens remains unknown, raising serious concerns about enforced disappearance and arbitrary detention.
