The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, a citizen identified as Saman Cheraghi, a native of Chavar County and a resident of illam, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to reports received, Mr. Cheraghi’s arrest was carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant by security forces.
It should be noted that, as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
