According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, a 24-year-old Kurdish citizen named Rashed Allahbakhshi, from Kamyaran County, was arrested following a raid on his private residence by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant and transferred to an unknown location.
