According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, 28 January 2026, a citizen identified as “Soran Sahragard,” a resident of Marivan County, was arrested by security forces and transferred for interrogation to one of the security detention centers in Sanandaj.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for the arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
