The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on the evening of January 8, 2026, a 42-year-old Kurdish citizen named Rasoul Falehgari, from Sonqor and resident of Qarchak, Tehran, lost his life during popular protests in Qarchak, Tehran, as a result of live gunfire by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
